Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: May 9, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Marketing Campaign System services (the “Service”) and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. We may update this AUP at any time. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and may be reported to law enforcement.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate, host, distribute, or advertise:

  • Content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content depicting real-world violence against persons.
  • Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or coordinated harm against any group of people.
  • Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting protected characteristics.
  • Misleading health, financial, political, or scientific claims, including disinformation intended to influence elections.
  • Deceptive deepfakes, AI-generated impersonations of real people without consent, or synthetic media used to defraud.
  • Promotion of weapons, illegal drugs, or other regulated goods where prohibited.
  • Adult content, gambling, cryptocurrency, MLM/“get rich quick” offers, or other regulated categories where the relevant ad platform restricts or prohibits them.

2. Prohibited Activities

  • Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security or rate-limiting features of the Service or any connected ad platform.
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade limits, suspensions, or platform policies; cloaking or redirecting users to undisclosed destinations.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or providing the Service to third parties except via our authorized agency / white-label tier.
  • Scraping or bulk-downloading data from the Service except via APIs provided by us.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) using contact lists imported into the Service.
  • Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without prior written authorization (responsible disclosure to security@marketingcampaignsystem.com is welcome).
  • Using the Service to launder funds, evade sanctions, or violate KYC/AML laws.

3. Compliance with Ad Platform Policies

When you connect a third-party advertising platform (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) to the Service, you remain responsible for complying with that platform’s policies, including their advertising policies, prohibited-content rules, data-use restrictions, and brand guidelines. Account suspensions or restrictions imposed by a third-party platform are not refundable.

4. AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated copy, images, and targeting suggestions before publishing them. AI output may be inaccurate, biased, or non-compliant with platform or legal requirements. You must clearly disclose AI-generated content where required by law (e.g., political ads, certain health claims).

5. Data You Bring to the Service

You represent that you have all necessary rights, consents, and lawful bases to use, upload, and process any data (including audiences, customer lists, and brand assets) you bring to the Service. Hashed audiences uploaded to ad platforms must follow that platform’s consent and disclosure rules.

6. Reporting Abuse

Report suspected violations of this AUP to abuse@marketingcampaignsystem.com. We investigate reports in good faith and may share information with law enforcement when legally required.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate and take action against suspected violations, including warning, throttling, suspension, removal of content, and termination of accounts. We may act immediately without prior notice when we reasonably believe a violation poses risk of material harm or legal exposure.
