Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Marketing Campaign System. It supplements our Terms of Service. To request a refund, email billing@marketingcampaignsystem.com from the email address on your account.

1. Subscription Fees

1.1 Fourteen-Day Initial Refund

For first-time paying customers, we will refund the most recent monthly subscription charge if you request it within 14 days of the charge and you have not used the Service meaningfully during that period (as a guideline: no campaign launched, no AI generation run, no team member added).

1.2 Annual Plans

Annual plans may be canceled at any time. We refund the unused, prepaid portion on a prorated basis, less any month in which you launched a campaign or used the AI optimizer.

1.3 Monthly Renewals

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable after the 14-day initial period. Cancel any time and you will keep access until the end of the paid period.

1.4 Mid-Cycle Plan Changes

Upgrading mid-cycle is prorated and applied to your next invoice. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

2. Ad-Spend Wallet

2.1 Refundable Balance

Unused, unspent funds in your ad-spend wallet are refundable to your original payment method on request. We may withhold up to 7 days from the request to allow in-flight platform charges to settle.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

We cannot refund (a) amounts already paid out to third-party advertising platforms; (b) markup or service fees previously assessed on those payouts and disclosed at top-up; or (c) currency-conversion losses imposed by your payment provider.

2.3 Closing Your Wallet

On account closure, we return the remaining wallet balance to your original payment method within 14 business days, subject to identity verification and the limits described above. Balances under USD $1.00 may be donated to charity in lieu of refund.

3. Service Credits

For verified Service outages, we may issue Service credits that offset future subscription invoices. Service credits are not refundable for cash and expire 12 months after issuance.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve most disputes within a few business days. Chargebacks initiated without a prior good-faith refund request may result in account suspension while we investigate.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law (for example, EU/UK distance-selling rules). For consumers in those jurisdictions, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days; if you ask us to begin providing the Service during that period, you authorize us to charge for usage actually delivered up to the point of withdrawal.
